Describe the bug
Changing an attribute of an exercise will sometimes cause them to be sent to the bottom of the workout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a workout
Change an exercise name

traison-diedrich added the bug label

this issue seems to be specific to a newly created workout on the client side, something where the client and db are out of sync
