The docs say icons should be between 14px by 14px and 16px by 16px with a maximum of 18px by 18px with everything bigger getting cropped or scaled.

We currently have icon 16px by 16px and they look ok but could be better. 15px by 15px could look nicer as an odd number of pixels may be centered better.
