automatic alt tags

I usually try to give all my files a name that describes the file. I consider this an important good practice. However it seems boring and repetitive to do this and also write an alt tag that is essentially the name of the image, capitalized and with spaces instead of _ or camelcased.

Add a feature that generates alt tags for images automatically based on file name.
