This is related to https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/7177
Because the distance between each hop in our measurements can affect to the bandwidth and we know the IP of every hop, maybe it would make sense to "calculate" it, at least between the exit and the HTTP server?.
We would need to determine what distance is here.
It could be calculated in separate script, taking the IP from results' files (no Bandwidth Lines files).
