Support legacy submission from studio #44

There has been some modification done earlier to support legacy submission from studio, but it seems not working correctly.

This is PR for earlier work - #33

Check the error log attached from production env.
legacy sub download error.log

@BadalZ libs were changed. Check topcoder-platform/tc-java-component-libs@246e4a8

You need to update the libraries in production.
