during the sanity testing for https://topcoder.atlassian.net/browse/PLAT-1010 found this issue regarding timeline templates.
When we edit the start date of a phase, all the durations of all the phases gets updated. This was working fine until the latest build.
Note: Submission phase always starts 5 mins from start of registration phase, but here it is a few hours later.
