How to Stop wifi manager #133

Hi,

I'm trying to find out a way to stop wifi manager and restart it after a while;

As my project has a ethernet conection, the goal is use ethernet cable all time, but, if a ethernet cable is not connected, so, I start wifi manager.

But if wifi manager has started and the ethernet cable is plugged, I need to stop wifi manager and use the ethernet cable.

I saw the function wifi_manager_destroy(), but I don't know if it's the righ function to use.

I would like to "pause" the wifi manager and not destoy all objects.
