Devices: chrome in windows 10; chrome, Samsung Galaxy s9, android 10.
I can’t interact in any way with the wallet and the funds on it. When you click on the update button, the update occurs endlessly. When I try to log into it again from other devices, nothing changes.

To summarize - install a normal Ton wallet from the official website under Windows and you will be happy! Just recover the wallet with 24 words and the same password as in the Chrome extension ,after which you will immediately see your coins Ton. And forget the Web wallet like a bad dream!

I tried to do as described above, installed the client for Windows, moved a little further - I received an error when updating:
"lite_server_unknown: cannot locate transaction in block with specified logical time"

I also tried the client for Android - there is an endless cat-hourglass.
I tried updating using VPN - to no avail.
If anyone knows anything about this error, please write, because I can’t find anything about this error on the Internet.
