Refreshes every time I change channel, despite finishing last update seconds before.

Good work on this and it seems to be working. Obviously theres still early bugs.

Can you set it up to only try and update 6 or 7 days after the last scan as right now every time I change a channel it refreshes, causes stuttering and basically makes it unusual. Even better would being able to set it up so that it only does it at 4am or some other time when no ones watching.
