Is tokio-uring safe for production?

I noticed the library hasn’t been updated for several months.

Are there known issues or bugs still present?

Why has development been quiet lately?

Can tokio-uring be safely used in a sensitive production environment now?

I honestly don't think so anymore. It's been two-years since there was a release; the changelog is stale. Obviously, there is room for auditing and we can all agree that if any team can write code that's solid for two years... it's this one. Also, hyper incompatibility, right?

Still, I wouldn't without an audit. I stumbled here checking the same thing.

Unfortunately, there's no maintainer for this repo now. Now uring integration looks ongoing on tokio repo itself.
