An idea to have a (possiblity sortable) menu of all the sounds somewhere in the interface, in which it is also possible to pre-listen the sound when clicking it, useful when composing/exploring.

The menu (although not sortable yet) has been added to the interface when clicking listen or Shift-Alt-L as the shortkey. A next feature could have some search feature although it is not that many sounds that it is impossible to read.

To do ideas:

  • Add a textarea where you can type some keyword to filter for. For example typing kick will only show samples with the word kick in it
  • Adding your own soundfiles through add sounds should also be added to the prelisten list
  • Some way to copy the text of the names for in the editor is also nice. In Chrome/Brave it works simply by right-clicking on the button and copying, but in Firefox this doesn't work for example.
