DecryptResource is not working with capacitojs / cordova-andoird 10

Hi,
Using Capacitorjs to encrypt/decrypt file on load, then app shows white screen and decrypted code line with white screen, please suggest solution.
Installed web-view plugin but it was not compatible.
DecryptResource.java is not getting called.
