As of now dependencies of jxl-oxide are exposed through its public API, like Frame from jxl-frame. Reducing public dependencies like this will help stabilizing API of jxl-oxide.

This may require better design of jxl-oxide API. Current one is okay for me (except exposed public dependency), but we can do better.
