Docker container

super cool project.... fwiw it would be great to have the entire thing in a docker container for ease of deployment

Great idea, i've start putting it together and improve the overall project. I don't really use this anymore, but i'll do up some simulation data to test it. The docker side of it is all done I believe, just need to test it all and tweak the bugs are stopping it from working 100%.

I'll put into this branch:

Then once completed it will be available in the master branch ( might be a while away as I don't use this anymore ).
