Is it posible for you to add new picture - crosshair, and give an setup option to allow picture to follow mouse pointer without any delay and stay every time exactly in mouse cursor position? Or - better - option to use user defined picture (png or other format), for example:
oneko -nodelay -userpic path/mypic.png
oneko -nodelay -userpic path/mypic.xbm (xbm I can create using GIMP)
I can create picture of crosshair.

Sounds like you actually want to change Xcursor theme. See Xcursor(3), Cursor themes at Arch Linux Wiki, Xcursor theme tutorial.

I am using Skype to share desktop and Skype does not share mouse pointer. Oneko could helps to show where the cursor is. I have searched over all internet, unfortunately I did not find any application for Linux, that can show a picture that follow mouse pointer, except Oneko. To create new mouse pointer theme is not the solution.
It is sometimes good to communicate remotely in the current situation, Skype is the solution, but it does not solve problem with invisible mouse pointer. Oneko would help.
