Should @ be treated specially, like $ and ::?

Also should foo %>% "bar" work, like "bar"(foo) and foo %>% "bar"() do?

Yes, @ should be treated like $ and [[.

I don't think we should make it an alias to pluck(); it's already easy enough to use that if you want.
