investigate changing "target" when showing tags page #302
Description
TagsPage.js uses target: "rhythm.bpm:120", to heuristically filter by tag.
This possibly excludes many other sounds with the same tag. We should try to find a way to show all sounds with a particular tag, instead of arbitrarily possibly excluding some with the target search option.
Perhaps this is something we'll be able to do after server-side set-up?
