插件的展示顺序应该排序固定一下,否则只要tw的tiddler有状态变化, filter就会重新刷新

其实是因为加了shuffle

shuffle 不是将list打乱的的吗，为什么这里会用到呢？

应该是为了随机推荐，因为现在没有统计下载量
