BUG描述

无法创建仓库和模块
复现步骤
1、登录账户
2、创建仓库

期望结果
成功创建仓库

实际结果
页面无反应，刷新后无新仓库，且页面整体背景变红色

是否是自建服务器？如果为自建，请提供操作系统版本
如果是前端错误，请提供浏览器版本

我也遇到了一样的问题，所有仓库、接口都不能编辑了
