Missing nodes on ComfyUI & ComfyUI Manager can't find the nodes LoadPipeline and MixdqIntegral #18

I've followed the instructions for the ComfyUI MixDQ setup and done the following:

Installed MixDQ 0.5 via PyPI
Git cloned MixDQ and put it under Custom Nodes
Restarted ComfyUI and tried to install missing nodes using ComfyUI manager, but there were no missing nodes.

See the error that I encountered below:

I suspect the issue might be that the script to install MixDQ's nodes didn't execute correctly.
