例子，执行下列代码

    run cotk import resources://glove300d  XX.zip

    FileNotFoundError: file /home/XX/cotk/cotk/_utils/../resource_config/glove300d.json not found

应该返回类似，“No such resources named glove300d (Case sensitive).”
