Memory leak? 3.4GB RAM and climbing on windows #13

Hi there.
RAM usage seems to increase at a rate of 4-10 MB/s, getting up to very high levels when creating a new download set. Peaks of 3.5GB on my system before freeing some and climbing again.
As I write this, the memory usage hit 3.5GB, then dropped to 3.1, then 2.5, then 1.5, 1.2 (with increases of 5-10MB/s, the typical behavior before the drops started), and now seems to get up to ~1.8 before dropping back to 1.2, and later it's going back to 3.4 again before dropping, so I'm not sure exactly what's happening, but I'm still a bit concerned by how quickly the program seems to hog memory. I'm not sure if there's some dynamic reservation/freeing based on available RAM or what, but it seems peculiar that the app would need more more than a few hundred MB at all.
System: Windows 11 pro 24H2, build 26100.7462
16GB RAM
installed using pipx on the most recent python core installer, running through elevated powershell.
Fresh creation on new device.
Please let me know if there's more information that you'd like. I can try running it again with the debug flag in a few days once I run checks and get set up.
