DynareOBC v1.3.1053

This release improves DynareOBC's automatic updating mechanism. In future, only releases will be downloaded automatically, rather than downloading every change via Git.

It also updates assorted dependencies.

DynareOBC v1.2.0957

This release focuses on improvements to the estimation algorithm, which is now also documented in a paper.
It also includes assorted performance improvements.

DynareOBC v1.1.790

This release features assorted small improvements over the previous release, including:

• The papers documenting DynareOBC have been split into one theory paper, and one computational paper.
• The main simulation loop has been simplified, with some performance and very minor (10^(-8)) accuracy improvements.
• The global solution algorithm has been simplified, though it still lacks a compelling use case.
• Two new examples have been added, complete with fully global simulation code for them for accuracy tests.
• A test comparing the results of DynareOBC to those of OccBin and the Extended Path has been added.
• Some problems with the display of moments have been fixed.
• Some problems with the predicted simulation times have been fixed.
• Assorted other minor fixes.

DynareOBC v1.0.662

To coincide with submission of the paper to EconStor, I am making the first official DynareOBC release.
