Suggest LA Times in TODO

As a followup to #12, here's a specific suggestion for a desired new source of obituaries (which could be added to a TODO section of README.md).

The LA Times obituaries section has an RSS feed -- just spot-checking it, I see an obituary of a Southern California activist whose death was not covered in the New York Times. The headline formatting isn't as stable as with the NYT so a human's touch would probably be required to pick the name out of the headline.
