Main
excel.js, file.js, tools.js, utils.js, validate.js
Renderer
validate.js, loader.js

follow this convention for exporting module functions:

module.exports._private = {
    functionName,
    functionName,
    ...  }

with all other files following

module.exports._private = {
    functionIdentifier: function()
   ... 
}

consistency would be preferable
