Multiple car theft alerts

Hi! I tried your script and when someone is stealing a car i get around 10 to 15 notifications for the car theft. i didnt change a thing in the script...

I'm trying to figure out whats wrong with it?

A lot of stuff in this didn't really work well in a live environment and needs a lot of changes, on top of just being poorly made. I don't maintain it anymore and intend on recreating it in the future without framework dependencies.
