Final map improvements

• Remove "South Italy"; Move Calabria to its modern-day position in the toe of the boot.
• Adjust styling of regions label text to be more visually minimal (perhaps with thin sans serif, or lighter text color or both)
• Add styling to the location labels with catalogue numbers associated with them to distinguish from other locations. Perhaps giving them the blue-gray background and white text, or similar level of call out.
• Review with Claire
• Make similar adjustments to print version of map as needed

I added some basic styling (underlined text) for regions/points where catalogue items are directly referenced. I experimented with backgrounds but they become too prominent, and since Claire wanted those styles removed earlier I think a more minimal approach is better here. At this point making other style changes to those items should be pretty easy, so let me know if you have something else in mind.

What I was hoping to accomplish with the region styling was to downplay the regions relative to the sites so that they felt more a part of the background or topography of the map. I think they're still too dominant here. the individual sites need to pop out more I think.

And I don't think the underline is enough. Is there something more we can do? Claire didn't like the white background label style when it was applied to ALL of the sites right? Did we ever do a version with just the 5 catalogue sites?

One problem is there are catalogue items connected with both "features" and "regions", which are different both in styles and behavior. Do you want me to treat items with catalogue entries differently from both of these other categories?
