I'm having the same problem aswell.

You can go into the settings in Tarkov Monitor and add the directory for your logs that steam uses. Mine worked with:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Escape from Tarkov\build\Logs

You will get an error after you do it, just close out of Tarkov Monitor completely and launch it again and you shouldn't see the error anymore. Hope this helps!
