Deactivated Issue Tab at testground/docs results in less reports #1572

Description

When finding an issue in a repository and wanting to create an issue should not be hindered by a non-existing issues tab. And writing at the bottom of the README issues should be reported in the testground/testground repo will nobody see and read.

What defines this endeavor to be complete?

  • Either activate the issues tab for docs
  • or make it more clear where to report issues
