TaaS enables tests on much bigger scale and makes it easier to use testground in new projects. It will improve build speed (thanks for docker caching) and run speed (thanks to parallelizaton), which are critical for testplans running in CI.

• Provide tooling for users to use EKS cluster in their testing,
• Test the EKS cluster during integration testing (use short lived-clusters during nightly CI tests for example).
