Problem description
In double-tap-to-move Feature, the delay for BUTTON_LEFT is too long.

I would like to change ViewConfiguration.getDoubleTapTimeout() to 200 milliseconds.
Could you provide this configurable parameter?

On my device, it feels like it has 500~800ms.
