Tumbleweed (which already included) is rolling release when Leap is point release

So i can expect the system more compatible? And OpenSUSE 15.3 is now binary compatible with SLE 15 SP3

Actually, no but i feels more confident when using point-release, the system change wouldn't be very rapid and more 'predictable' like ubuntu, debian
