"Index drop" tests should include:

• committed transactions that want to drop an index
• aborted transactions that want to create an index, if the session is not killed¹
• aborted transactions that want to create an index, if the session is killed (the test should fail because we cannot handle it)
• temp relations
• unlogged relations (the behavior is weird: the remote index is recreated after the first access to the index)

Reindex should be tested too.
