multi document management

Hello,
This concept allows to attach one to many documents (photos, pdf, ..) to every database classes.
It does not currently exist in the TDH data model, however it does exist in the TWW and TWA data models.
I already had some feedback about this need during the presentation I gave to the people financing this first phase.

I suggest to implement this concept together with the appropriate tables, functions, triggers, data dictionary.
The development guide should also introduce a chapter on this topic.

I do agree and would also like some screen capture to configure properly the relation in the Document Management Plugin
