get_options_bars returning empty dataframe

get_option_bars method is returning an empty dataframe for all derivativeIds. Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

I also had experienced the same issue: I tried obtaining all the tickerIds from both the calls and puts dictionaries in the SPY ticker quote for example. All of them returned an empty get_options_bars dataframe.
