admin not login！

TCExam 16.5.0
I can log in normally using admin 127.0.0.1, but when I map it to the external network, I cannot log in. It keeps stuck on the login page without displaying any error messages. How can I troubleshoot this issue!

HTTP and HTTPS Cookie Settings If you access via a non-secure connection (HTTP) and are using a newer version of TCExam, the default Cookie security settings may prevent you from logging in.
Operation: Also look for K_COOKIE_SECURE in shared/config/tce_config.php.
If you are not using HTTPS, please set it to false: define('K_COOKIE_SECURE', false);.
