Para realizar esse bootsplash tem duas maneiras:

1- Setar uma imagem estatica (png/jpg) por meio das config do projeto no editor do Godot.
Ex:

2- Setar como cena inicial do boot uma cena de boot com a logo do mtst (Recomendado pois da para aplicar uma animação de fade)
