Build failing

Hi! Elle Mitchell pointed me to this, and I am very interested in this proposal as it's closely related to our work on the new compilation strategy in Vue.

I was hoping to play with the polyfill with a prototype to get a better feel of how it works, but the build currently seems to be failing (get_part_root.js does not exist). Maybe we should set up CI to catch this :)

Hey there! So sorry about that. I wasn't expecting anyone to try and use this yet, was more developing it as a proof of concept 😅

I added the missing file, but still I think it's not quite polished. Will definitely add CI in the future.
