To reduce memory footprint, especially on iOS, we need to share the bart.Table we already create in net/tstun.Wrapper and reuse it in net/dsdial.Dialer. In the meantime, the NodeAttrUserDialUseRoutes ("user-dial-routes") can be enabled to make net/tsdial.Dialer maintain its own routing table.
