Column description set in WDC is ignored by Tableau

Checked this in Tableau 10.2,10.4&10.5 so this is a longstanding problem.

I checked that column description existed in TableSchema in the getSchema function immediately prior to the SchemaCallback returning it to Tableau.

I also used the Simulator and can see the Column description there.

Tableau also has no problem handling Table description.

I've come up against this problem with Tableau 2018.1.6 too.

@maxrandolph Please also check the other attributes for columns as I don't think all of them work.
