Syphon version: 0.2.14 (Google Play)
Device info: Google Pixel 4a, Android 13 with no modifications.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Be logged to the same account on both Element Web and Syphon for Android (not necessarily on the same device).
2)Receive a private message request from a spammer.
3)On Element Web, reject the message request and block the spammer.
Expected result: the spammers is also blocked on Syphon.
Actual result: The spammer's message is still visible on Syphon, even after I delete and reinstall the app and log back in.

Hi @1bcb thank you for your bug report. This issue with 'stuck' messages and rooms is a known issue. If you delete the message directly in Syphon, it should not return.
