Current behavior

Column Resize handle is present only in header cells and resizing happens in such a way that first the header cell resizes followed by body cells

Expected behavior

Either the column resize handle should be present in the body cells also or the body cells should resize along with the header cells.

Reproduction of the problem

Even in the basic example you can see the behaviour. https://swimlane.github.io/ngx-datatable/

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

If the body cells have wider content than header cell, user will be unable to know how long should he resize the column on moving the header resize handle.
