Describe the bug
When zooming in and out such as placing a graph inside ngx-graph, applying zoom, and then hovering over the line graph
the vertical line and the tooltip are misaligned with the mouse's actual location.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Embed the graph inside a zoomable object such as ngx-graph
  2. Zoom in or out
  3. hover over the graph and try to catch points in the graph with the mouse
  4. The hover line and tooltip will lag to the right or left depending on the zoom-in or out

Expected behavior
The vertical line and tooltip should always be aligned with the mouse
