Custom pie chart label

Describe the solution you'd like
Add feature: text labels on pie chart graphs that can be used to illustrate some data information about the graph, such as values, names, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternative has been found, if the user needs to force a label to be displayed inside the pie chart sector, the internal lifecycle of the ngx component needs to be interfered with, which is troublesome.
