CI test is falling unrelatedly #116

It seems like the Swift Test macOS Platform (Swift main) is generating a bunch of failures unrelated to the PR. Since it takes more than 2:30 hour to build, it may be good to review and fix them or mark them as known in way that CI understands.

It seems to be fixed for the macOS but yet happen for the Swift Test Linux Platform (Swift main) (Ubuntu 20.04):
