In the prerequisites, we direct people to the shell-extra lesson. In doing so, we should note that this is an Incubator lesson and is not endorsed by The Carpentries. Otherwise it can imply there is a direct connection between these lessons.

Thanks for the feedback. It is meant as material to build upon. Maybe the note should be for instructors only, or put in the end in a further resources section.

+1 on a further resources section. It doesn't seem to belong in the prereq section. I wouldn't mind it removed either.
