Show how to upload knitr html to GitHub pages

can be uploaded to GitHub pages. Supplementary instructions adding this would be helpful.

I'm not really sure this would be in keeping with the current lesson layout. It seems like adding a discussion on GH Pages will take a bit more context w.r.t. static sites and infrastructure. We prefer to not tie the content to a particular provider so it'd need to included Bitbucket / gitlab / zeit / netlify as well.

Perhaps this should be in a supplementary lesson.
