请问svga动图播放器的开发在windows平台上目前有解决方案吗？用C++开发，例如在QT框架上做一个SvgaPlayer来展示svga格式的动图
官网上只有IOS、安卓、WEB、Flutter，在windows上目前还没有实现方法吗？
