Need help with coordinates (I've tried everything)

I need to modify coordinates but I don't know what values to put in. I've tried everything (searched in "Issues", Google, Forums, no mather what coordinates I put, it doesn't work). I need to know what values to put in each of the 4 spaces ( , , , ).
