Single page site for local projects

There's a local food bank near Cowley Road that we'd like to help out.

Was thinking that having a single page of information about it would be good for them to be able to point people toward.

Although it's not super technical - think this would be a good practical project that could make a difference.

Perhaps there are other local charities/projects that would benefit from some kind of web presence.

True, this would probably take about a couple hours for some people but helps them a lot.

Could be done with Jekyll and hosted on Github
